Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of dust covers ordered, their shipping size and the delivery country. All amounts include statutory VAT. The amount applicable to your order will be displayed in your shopping basket before you complete your purchase.
Deliveries Abroad

The amount applies equally to all delivery countries. Upon arrival of the shipment in the destination country, DHL hands it over to the respective national postal service, which undertakes delivery. As a rule, the shipment is deposited directly in your mailbox.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may arise in the destination country. These are not included in the shipping costs stated above.
Deliveries within Germany
The following shipping costs apply to deliveries within Germany. Shipping size is the sum of height + width + depth:

Delivery to a Packstation or Postfiliale (Germany only)
Not all shipping methods are permitted for delivery to a Packstation or Postfiliale. If you specify one of these addresses, we will use a shipping method permitted there:

If your order already costs more when shipped to a residential address, that higher amount remains applicable; nothing is added. You can select the type of address in your shopping basket — shipping costs will be displayed accordingly immediately.
Shipping Methods in Detail
Deutsche Post Großbrief (large letter, no tracking) — the shipment is normally deposited directly in your residential mailbox. Maximum dimensions: 35 × 25 × 2 cm.
Deutsche Post Warensendung (commodity parcel, no tracking) — for smaller, lightweight shipments, also via mailbox.
DHL Kleinpaket (small parcel, with tracking) — for more compact shipments that cannot be sent as a letter. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
DHL Paket (parcel, with tracking) — for larger or more substantial orders, delivery to the specified delivery address, with tracking number.
DHL Warenpost International (tracked) — for all deliveries abroad.
Delivery Time
All dust covers are manufactured individually to your measurements. Manufacturing takes up to 6 working days; to this must be added the shipping transit time. Both time periods are already included in the deadlines stated below.
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany is within 4 – 12 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 – 26 working days after conclusion of contract (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please find the deadline applicable to your delivery country in the following table:

Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. The delivery time is in this case determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the delivery time is extended by the duration of customs clearance.
